Yes. Everything you create is private by default. You decide who can access your content and when.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your Profile > Subscription page.

Journals are personal entries where you can record memories, thoughts, experiences, lessons, photos, videos, or voice recordings.

Only you can read your journals unless you specifically choose to share them with someone or schedule them to be delivered after your passing.

Yes. You can edit any journal unless it has already been permanently delivered to recipients.

Yes. Journal entries can include:

• Text
• Photos
• Videos
• Audio recordings

Yes. Locked journals require additional authentication before opening, providing another layer of privacy.

Yes. You can choose to deliver journals:

• Immediately
• On a specific future date
• After your passing

The Biography helps you build your life story through guided questions. Your answers are automatically organized into chapters that can later become a beautiful life book.

No. You can answer as many or as few questions as you'd like.

Yes. Every chapter can be edited anytime.

Yes. Photos can be inserted throughout your biography and positioned alongside your text.

If you enable the option, Echo of Love can use your journal entries to enrich your biography with additional memories and details.

My Future Self helps you become intentional about your future by recording goals, dreams, personal promises, and reflections for the person you want to become.

Create goals and write letters to your future self. You can choose when those messages become available, allowing you to reflect on your growth over time.

Yes. You can receive reminders to review your goals and update your progress.

No. Future Self entries remain private unless you explicitly choose to share them.

Invitees are people you invite to join your Echo of Love network. They can connect with you, receive content you choose to share, and, if permitted, access memories or messages you've assigned to them.

A Trustee is someone you trust to help manage your legacy after your passing. Trustees help verify your passing and can activate the delivery of your final messages and legacy content according to your instructions.

Trustees do not automatically gain access to your private journals or biography unless you specifically grant them permission.

Invitees:

• Receive invitations to connect.
• May receive memories or messages you assign to them.
• Do not manage your account.

Trustees:

• Help carry out your legacy wishes.
• Verify important events, such as your passing.
• Help activate legacy delivery when required.
• Do not automatically receive your private content.

Yes. One person may serve as both if you choose.

No. Trustees never become owners of your account. Their role is only to help carry out your wishes according to the permissions you have granted.

Connections are the people you have invited to be part of your Echo of Love network.

Yes. You may remove connections at any time.

Yes. Invitations can be resent if someone hasn't accepted yet.

No. Connections only see what you explicitly choose to share.

Yes. Your data is encrypted to help protect your memories and personal information.

No. Your personal information is never sold.

No. Your journals are private and cannot be searched by other users.

You can securely reset your password using your registered email address.

If your Trustees verify your passing, Echo of Love will deliver the messages, journals, and memories you scheduled according to your instructions.

Yes. You can update your instructions anytime while your account is active.

Yes. Scheduled deliveries can be modified or canceled before they are released.

Legacy Milestones celebrate your progress as you preserve your memories and life story.

Legacy Awards recognize meaningful achievements, such as completing biography chapters, reaching journal milestones, or preserving important family memories.

AI Credits allow Echo of Love's AI to assist with writing, organizing memories, improving stories, and generating biography content.

You can wait until your monthly credits renew or purchase additional AI Credit packages.

Yes. You may permanently delete your account from your Account Settings.

Deleting your account permanently removes your data after the applicable retention period. This action cannot be undone.

Yes. You can export your journals, biography, and media for personal backup.

Your available storage depends on your subscription plan. You can always purchase additional storage if needed.
